Work Hard for Your Money

  • 2 oz Barr Hill Gin

  • 3/4 oz Ginger Honey Syrup

  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

  • Dash of Amaro

  • 1 oz Bird Dog Cider (Sons & Daughters)

Secret Society

  • 1 oz Bourbon

  • 1/2 oz St. Geroge Spiced Pear

  • 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

  • 2-3 Dashes Orange Bitters

  • 2 oz Bird Dog Cider (Sons & Daughters)

Stone Fence

Made famous by Ethan Allen and the Green Mountain Boys. Drink enough and you may find yourself still as a stone fence.

  • 2 oz Rum

  • 5 oz Bird Dog Cider (Brothers Cup or Animal Tracks)

  • Optional: Dash of bitters, substitute your favorite whiskey for rum

Cider ‘Mosa

A very refreshing alternative to your classic mimosa

  • Glass of Bird Dog Cider (Country Gold)

  • Splash of orange juice

Apfelwein

A variation of the classic German Gluhwein

  • Warm Bird Dog Cider (whatever you have, but Brothers Cup or Animal Tracks recommended)

  • Assortment of spices: Nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon

  • Honey

  • Optional: Add whiskey and lemon to resemble a hot toddy
