Country Gold

Country Gold is a blend of Golden Russet, Yarlington Mill, and Shizuka apples. Fermented in stainless steel then aged six months, this sparkling cider retains slight residual sugar for a fruit forward taste with balanced acidity. Bottle conditioned at least three months. Natural sediment will occur.

Country Gold received a bronze medal in the heritage dry cider class at the 2023 Great Lakes International Cider and Perry competition.

Sweetness: Off-Dry   ABV: 8.9%
