Brother's Cup

This sparkling cider honors the hands that made it possible. They know who they are. A blend of (in order) Ellis Bitter, Pink Lady, Shizuka, Porter's Perfection, Northern Spy, and Dabinett, it was fermented in stainless steel then aged for three months in new oak. Bottle conditioned, so natural sediment will occur.

Sweetness: Dry   ABV: 7.5%
